The utilization of the renewable energy sources are contributing to the protection of the environment and for the sustainable development” – as it is pointed out by the European Parliament and Commettee in the directive of 2001/77/EK issued on 2001 September 27.
In accordance with the above directive the intervnational obligations undertaken in the field of environment and absolute energy savings, are meaning for Hungary the duplication of the utilization of renewable energy sources within the primary energy consumption, which means the achievement of 7,2% level, in addition to that the produced electrical energy from renewable energy sources should reach 3,6% of the total power production.
On 16th of December 2008, the EU Parliament has adopted the Renewable Energy Directive (RED), whihc is is significantly increasing the national targets and setting 13% renewable energy portion for Hungary. The National Action Plans should be prepared by end of 2009.
Alike to the renewable heat and electricity production, the requirement of the 2003/30/EK directive is to reach the 5,75% utilization rate of the bio-fuels until 2010, and the same Renewable Energy Directive is setting 10% biofuel rates for each member state by 2020. Currently there is 4,4 % blending of biofuels in Hungary in both the petrol and the diesel.
Recognising the opportunity in the imperative utilization of renewable energy by the aptitude of Hungary, our company have been taking part in acclimatization of innovative, efficient foreign technologies within this energy sector. For the projects based on these technologies, we take part in technological and financial preparation and with coating strategical and venture capitals the complete realization of the project.
